Procedure for renting a holiday home in Turkey
1. Finding and booking your holiday home
As soon as you have found a suitable holiday home and checked that it is vacant for the desired period, you can book it by completing the request form on the webpage. The request is thereafter sent to the owner or manager of the property.2. Confirmation
As well as a copy of your booking you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your request and an overview of your preferences and the relevant costs.Important: The rental agreement must be printed, signed and sent back with a copy of valid ID either by fax to (0090 242 519 06 92) or by E-mail to (my2base@my2base.com) My2Base Holiday Homes.
When the valid ID and the signed contract are received, you will be sent final confirmation of the rental agreement for your chosen holiday home.
If My2Base has not received the signed agreement with valid ID within 72 hours of the order being placed, the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
3. Arrival
The home is available for occupation from 15.00 on the day of arrival. If you have booked airport transport through our partners, it is very important that you give details of your flight times at least 7 days before arrival. All bookings and further enquiries regarding your transfer must be made directly with our partners.4. Handover of keys and payment
The payment of rent, extra requests, deposit and obligatory final cleaning is to be made when the keys are handed over, unless otherwise agreed or detailed in the rental agreement. Please bring the exact amount.If you have booked transport through our partner, you have the option of getting the key at the airport or, alternatively, coming to get the key from our office after arriving in Alanya.
Our office is open every day from 09.00-12.00 and 14.00 - 18.00.
